Ingredients
- 170 g butter, soft
- 150 g suar, brown
- 100 g suar
- 1 sachet aroma (bourbon vanilla aroma)
- 2 egg (s)
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 170 g desiccated coconut
- 250 g macadamia nuts, salted
- Powdered sugar, to sieve
- Vanilla sugar, to grate

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and line at least 3 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Beat the butter with both types of sugar until creamy and stir in the eggs, add the aroma. Mix the flour, baking powder and coconut flakes and mix in as well. Fold in the macadamia nuts.
- Put a teaspoon of the batter into a round cookie cutter (not larger than 5 cm in diameter, the batter will run) and smooth it with a wet finger, remove the mold and continue so on. Leave about 3 cm space between the cookies.
- Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes until golden brown and while still warm, press in powdered sugar mixed with vanilla sugar or sieve it over the cookies.
- Makes 50 pieces.
