  • 1 kg plum (s) (preferably house plums)
  • 600 ml red wine
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 5 clove (s)
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup water, ()

Instructions

  1. Wash and core the plums and cut into 2 halves.
  2. Put the plums in a saucepan, add the wine and the ingredients, bring to the boil and then simmer for about 5-10 minutes. If necessary, add the cup of water.
  3. Then fill the plums into prepared twist off jars and close them immediately.
  4. Tip: Instead of cinnamon and cloves you can also use 1 level teaspoon of gingerbread spice.
