- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), green
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
- 2 egg (s)
- 50 g diced ham
- 50 g cheese, rated
- 2 tablespoon clarified butter or oil

- Cut the washed and pitted peppers into cubes. Whisk the two eggs together. Cut the inside out of the bread slices with a sharp knife so that only a border of a maximum of one centimeter wide remains.
- Heat 1 tablespoon clarified butter or oil in a pan and fry half of the pepper and ham cubes for about a minute and a half. Push the diced paprika and ham together and add the edge of the bread to the pan so that it encloses the diced paprika and ham. Fry everything for about a minute and then pour half of the whisked egg over the filling of the bread. Spread half of the grated cheese on top.
- Let the egg set briefly and then place the piece of bread cut out of the slice on the filling and press down a little. Fry for 2.5 - 3 minutes, then turn; Take it out of the pan after another minute and serve.
- Do the same with the second slice of bread and the remaining ingredients. You can also use a large pan and prepare both slices of bread at the same time.
