Ingredients

  • 400 g flour
  • 200 g mararine
  • 100 g butter
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 70 ml milk
  • 1 point baking powder
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 6 tablespoon rum
  • 5 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 2 apples

Instructions

  1. Wash the apples and grate them with the skin on a grater. Take a large bowl and add all the ingredients together, mix with a hand mixer for 2 minutes on medium speed and about 1 minute on the highest speed. Grease a loaf pan and add the batter.
  2. Bake the loaf pan in the preheated oven at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for about 50 minutes. After about 10 minutes, cut once in the middle with a knife.
