Ingredients

  • 250 g rhubarb
  • 2 banana (s)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 egg (s), separated
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar, heaped
  • 2 tablespoon flour, heaped
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, heaped
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

Instructions

  1. Peel the rhubarb and cut into 2 cm pieces. Cut the bananas into pieces. Sprinkle both with sugar.
  2. Beat egg whites until stiff, beat in powdered sugar and egg yolks. Sieve the flour, starch and baking powder over it and fold in.
  3. Pour into a greased form and place the fruit on top. Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
