Ingredients

  • some butter for the pan
  • 75 g flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 140 g suar
  • 0.5 packet ½ vanilla sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 3 dl milk
  • 400 g rhubarb, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ coriander, ground

Instructions

  1. Grease the mold.
  2. Mix the flour, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar, form a well. Whisk eggs and milk, pour in, stir until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the mold, sprinkle the rhubarb on top.
  4. Bake in the lower half of the oven preheated to 200 ° C for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Mix the coriander with sugar, sprinkle the casserole.
