Ingredients

  • 500 g rice puddin
  • 800 ml milk
  • 400 g suar
  • 1 lemon (s), the zest
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • cinnamon
  • 1 ½ liters water

Instructions

  1. Bring the water with the salt and the lemon peel to a boil. Add the rice and simmer with the lid closed and at a low temperature for about 8 minutes until the water has completely evaporated. Then slowly add the milk and sugar and keep simmering. Pour onto flat plates and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  2. We recommend serving the rice pudding chilled.
