Ingredients
- 2 sachets rice
- Salt water
- 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
- 200 g cooked ham
- 200 g mayonnaise or tartar sauce, mild
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 can tangerine (s), drained, catch the juice
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt

- Boil the rice in salted water, drain and let cool. Meanwhile, cut the peppers, ham and onions into small cubes.
- Mix all ingredients with the rice. Only fold in the mandarins at the end so that they don`t disintegrate.
- The ingredients can be varied according to taste. Keep the salad in the refrigerator. It tastes even better the next day.
