Instructions

  2. Prepare a glaze from the margarine, sugar and egg in the food processor or with the hand blender. Mix the mandarin juice with the finished rice pudding and refine it with cinnamon if you like.
  3. Pour half of the porridge into a greased baking dish. Spread the mandarins and almonds on top. Then pour in the remaining mash and spread the icing on top.
  4. Bake the rice casserole at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) for about 25 minutes until golden brown. Possibly switch on the grill in the last few minutes.
  5. Be careful, the rice casserole will be very sweet. The amount of sugar can be reduced at will. My family likes it that way.
