  • 150 g rice puddin
  • 30 g butter
  • 500 g seasonal fruit
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 large lemon (s), untreated, remove the zest it
  • Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk to the boil. Add rice, salt and butter and leave to soak for about 20 minutes. Cut the fruit into 2 cm pieces. Slice the zest of the lemon with a grater for a better flavor.
  2. Beat eggs, sugar and lemon zest until frothy. Fold in the rice and fruits. Put the mixture in a greased baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes. Then sprinkle the casserole with powdered sugar and serve.
