Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk
  • 180 g rice puddin
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 250 g blueberries (frozen berries are also possible)
  • 1 point pudding powder, vanilla flavor

Instructions

  1. Bring 3/4 liter of milk to the boil. Stir in the rice pudding and 2 tablespoons of sugar and simmer for about 30 minutes.
  2. Pick and wash fresh blueberries.
  3. Mix the custard powder with the remaining sugar and 1/8 l milk. Stir the mixed pudding powder into the rice pudding, let the rice swell for 5-10 minutes. Stir in the rest of the milk and blueberries and briefly heat in the rice pudding.
  4. Tip: You can also use apple slices instead of the berries; Put the rice in a baking dish, cover with apples, sprinkle with vanilla sugar and bake for 30 minutes at 200 °.
