Ingredients

  • 3 peppers
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 ½ cup rice
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Herbs Provence
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice with water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, wash the peppers and cut them into small pieces. Also cut the feta cheese into small pieces.
  2. For the dressing, mix the tomato paste with the herbs. Gradually add vinegar.
  3. When the rice is ready, mix with paprika, feta cheese and dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Tip: Of course, other vegetables can also be used.
