  • 800 g roast pork, (neck or stump)
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • mustard
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the roast and pat dry.
  2. Peel and quarter the garlic.
  3. Make slits in the meat with a knife and put the garlic in the slits.
  4. Rub the roast with mustard and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fry in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 1 1/2 hours in an ovenproof dish.
