Ingredients
For the salad:
- 75 g rocket
- 75 g halloumi
For the dressing:
- 2 tablespoon yogurt
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- some mustard
- Herbal salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for sprinkling
- Raspberries for garnish

- Clean and wash the rocket. Cut the halloumi into small slices and fry briefly in a coated pan until golden brown. Mix a dressing made from yoghurt, balsamic vinegar and mustard and season with salt and pepper. Mix with the salad, pour the halloumi slices over it, Finally sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with raspberries.
