Ingredients

  • 1 packet pizza dough
  • 200 g hollandaise sauce
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 large onion (s), sliced
  • 7 tablespoon chilli pepper (s), (jalapenos), cut into rings
  • 1 packet cheese, (pizza cheese)
  • some salt and pepper
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet. Now fry the minced meat with 7 tablespoons of jalapenos (cut into rings) and the sliced onion with a little oil, season with a little salt and pepper. When the mince is well done, add the hollandaise sauce and fold in a good handful of pizza cheese. Then distribute the whole mixture in the middle of the pizza dough, when everything is on top, fold over the upper and lower parts, press the sides together and sprinkle the remaining pizza cheese on top. Bake in the hot oven for approx. 10-12 minutes at 200 degrees until golden brown.
