Ingredients

  • 6 steak (s) (minute pork steaks)
  • 6 slices cheese
  • 6 slices ham, raw
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • oregano
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 75 g bacon, diced
  • 250 ml milk
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • thyme
  • soy sauce
  • Flour

Instructions

  1. Flatten the minute steaks a little, season with salt and pepper. Mix together honey, mustard and oregano and spread on one side of the minute steaks. Place a slice of cheese on each steak and roll it up. Wrap each slice of ham and close it with roulade rings or pin it with roulade needles. Fry the rolls briefly on all sides and place in a greased baking dish.
  2. Pour a little water into the pan and bring to the boil to dissolve the roasting matter. Cut the onions into strips and fry them together with the bacon in a second pan. Add the bacon, onions, milk and water to the roasting place. Season with thyme, salt, pepper, tomato ketchup, mustard and soy sauce and thicken a little with the flour.
  3. Pour the sauce over the rolls into the baking dish and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° for 30 minutes.
  4. You can also add mushrooms to the sauce. Of course, you can also use normal schnitzel as meat.
