- 0.5 ½ onion (s)
- 1 piece (s) flatbread (s), toast, bread, your choice
- 50 g lettuce, mixed
- 0.5 ½ tomato (s)
- 1 teaspoon pesto, green
- 1 teaspoon sour cream
- 10 g arlic butter
- BBQ sauce, optional
- salt and pepper

- Take the meat out of the refrigerator to get it to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 100 ° C fan-assisted air. Season the meat with salt, pepper only at the end.
- Cut the onion into slices and then fry in a little butter until they are golden yellow. When the onions have reached the desired color, keep them warm in a container.
- While the onions are frying, wash the lettuce and slice the tomatoes.
- Now put the bread in the oven.
- Fry the minute steaks with a little oil, preferably in the same pan as the onions. Depending on the thickness, 1 - 2 minutes on each side is enough to keep the meat tender. Just before the end, add some garlic butter to the pan and pour it over the meat. Put the pan aside so that the meat can draw a little more and the juice is distributed throughout the meat. Pepper the meat a little on both sides.
- In the meantime, cover the bread. First spread some pesto on the underside, then place the tomatoes and lettuce on top. Spread sour cream on top, if you want, you can add some BBQ sauce.
- Place the meat on the salad and the onions on top of the meat. Then pour the juice from the pan over the meat.
