Rolls Hura-Maki

Hura-maki rolls made from fresh salmon, avocado and crab meat.

Ingredients

  • Nori – 0.5 sheets
  • Boiled rice – 60 g
  • Fresh salmon (fillet) – 30 g
  • Crab meat (crab sticks) – 1-2 pcs.
  • Avocado – 0.5 pcs.
  • Cream cheese – 1-2 teaspoon
  • Sesame
  • Pickled ginger
  • Wasabi
  • Soy sauce
  • Rice vinegar

Directions

  1. Cut the salmon fillet into strips.
  2. Peel the avocado and cut into thin slices.
  3. Cut the crab meat (crab stick) in half lengthwise.
  4. Wet hands in vinegar and water.
    Spread the rice evenly, lightly crushing, on the nori sheet, on the makisu mat (wrapped in cling film).
  5. Then turn the workpiece on the mat with rice down.
  6. Place the cream cheese in the middle of the nori sheet, spread evenly in a strip.
  7. Put strips of salmon and crab meat on top of the cheese.
  8. Place the avocado on top.
  9. Use a mat to gently roll the roll.
  10. First cut the roll in half, and then each half into 4 pieces.
  11. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve the rolls with wasabi, ginger and soy sauce.
