Rolls with Meat for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • Thin lavash – 3 pcs.
  • Minced meat – 300 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Chicken eggs – 5 pcs.
  • Cheese – 200 g
  • Salt – 0.25 ppm
  • Ground black pepper – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Greens – about taste

Directions

  1. Products for rolls with meat are the most common. And instead of nori – lavash.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry peeled and finely chopped onions on it until transparent.
  3. Add raw minced meat to the onion.
  4. Fry the meat with onions until the minced meat is cooked.
  5. Release the eggs into a bowl.
  6. Beat eggs with a whisk, mixer or just a fork. Salt to taste.
  7. Pour the egg mass into a skillet with meat.
  8. Fry everything together, stirring constantly.
  9. When the eggs set, add herbs and spices to taste. Mix.Fry for another minute and remove from heat. Drain off excess fat, if any. Cool slightly.
  10. Grate the cheese. Add to the cooled filling. Mix.
  11. Cut the lavash sheets in half to make almost squares.
  12. Spoon some of the filling in the middle of one half of the pita bread, distribute over the entire area of ​​the sheet.
  13. Roll up pita bread with a roll or envelope. And so all the sheets.
  14. Place the rolls in a baking dish. If you prepare rolls in the evening, then tighten the form with cling film and send to the refrigerator, and bake in the morning. If you cook right away, then preheat the oven to 170 degrees and send the form with rolls into it for 10-15 minutes, so that the pita bread is browned and the cheese melts.
  15. If desired, the finished rolls can be sprinkled with grated cheese.
  16. Cut each roll into 4-5 pieces. Serve hot rolls with meat.
