Ingredients

  • 400 ml water, hot
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 2 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 125 g rye flour (whole rain)
  • 125 g whole wheat flour
  • 125 g wholemeal spelled flour
  • 125 g wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 pack dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Pour the hot water directly into the pan of the bread maker and let the sesame, poppy seeds and linseed soak in it until the water has cooled down enough that you won`t burn yourself if you stick your finger in it.
  2. Then add all the remaining ingredients and start the normal program (3 hours for me)
