Ingredients

  • 4 slices puff pastry, frozen, portioned in
  • 4 half peach (s)
  • some marzipan, crumbled (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons jam, apricot, aromatic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoons granulated sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Thaw puff pastry slices according to the instructions (release paper!)
  2. Mix the jam with the lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Put some of the jam in the middle of each slice. Then crumble some marzipan and pour it on top.
  4. Place the peach half on top with the flat side down.
  5. Bend the four corners of the puff pastry a little towards the middle and press firmly (in front of the peach).
  6. Sprinkle the particles with half of the hail sugar.
  7. Place the puff pastry pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  8. Bake according to the baking instructions (on the package) in the preheated oven until the pieces have risen and browned nicely.
  9. Let the particles cool down a bit, then sprinkle (again) with the rest of the hail sugar.
  10. Peach puff pastry pieces also taste lukewarm!
