Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 500 g suar
  • 160 g butter
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 60 g cocoa powder
  • 0.75 ¾ pack baking powder
  • 1 cup milk, small
  • 1 kg powdered sugar
  • 8 ribs chocolate (block chocolate), finely grated
  • 0.75 liter ¾ rum
  • Desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat. Make a batter from butter, sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, cocoa and milk and spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees (or 160 degrees fan oven) for 45 minutes.
  2. Immediately cut the hot dough into cubes. Let cool down. Make a sauce from powdered sugar, block chocolate and rum. Dip the cubes in the sauce and roll them in coconut flakes.
