Rye Waffles

I suggest diversifying breakfast and making rye waffles. Only you will know that they are rye. Because their taste is different from the usual rye baked goods. Take note of the recipe!

Ingredients

  • Rye flour – 210 Grams
  • Milk – 250 Milliliters
  • Butter – 50 grams
  • Baking powder for dough – 1.5 Teaspoons
  • Sugar – 1.5 Art. spoons
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Salt – 1 Pinch

Directions

  1. Prepare the required ingredients.
  2. Melt the butter. Refrigerate slightly.
  3. In a bowl, combine dry ingredients: flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
  4. Pour in warm milk, beat in an egg. Stir.
  5. Add warm, melted butter. Stir.
  6. The resulting dough will be thick, with a smearing consistency. Leave it on for 20-30 minutes.
  7. After the time has passed, preheat the waffle iron. Lubricate once with vegetable oil. Lay out 1
  8. tablespoon each. with a slide for one waffle. Bake for 3-4 minutes.
