Ingredients
- 1 ½ kg potato (s), mostly floury
- 2 egg (s)
- salt and pepper
- parsley
- 8 tablespoon flour
- nutmeg

- Peel the potatoes, cut into large pieces and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes. Turn it over (potato press) and let it cool down.
- Add the eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg and mix in the flour, tablespoon at a time, until the dough no longer sticks to floured hands. Mix in the parsley if you like.
- Form small dumplings with very well floured hands and cook in boiling salted water until they float on the surface.
- Sauerbraten, goulash or rabbit go well with it.
