Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 125 g powdered suar
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar, bourbon
  • 220 g flour
  • 130 g cornstarch
  • 4 teaspoons vermouth, (Vermouth Martini bianco)
  • 1 lemon (s), organic, grated zest it

For the glaze:

  • 200 g powdered suar, (approx.)
  • 8 tablespoon vermouth, (Vermouth Martini bianco)
  • 1 lemon (s), organic, the zest torn into zest

Instructions

  1. Place the sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, lemon zest, flour and starch on the worktop, make a well in the center and add the egg white and the martini.
