Ingredients
- 200 g lamb`s lettuce
- 1 head lettuce, curled, torn into small pieces
- 4 large mushrooms, sliced
- 1 avocado (s), peeled and cut into small pieces
- 1 bunch spring onion (s), cut into fine rings
- 300 g raspberries, frozen or fresh
- 20 g lemon juice
- 20 g pine nuts
- 4 tablespoon oil (walnut oil)
- 2 tablespoon vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon mustard, grainier
- Teaspoon honey
- salt
- pepper

- Clean the salads and, if necessary, pluck them into small pieces, drizzle the finely chopped avocado with the lemon juice and mix with the salad with the mushrooms and chopped spring onions.
- Whisk vinegar, salt and pepper, honey and mustard with the oil and pour over the salad.
- Roast the pine nuts and sprinkle them over the finished salad.
