- 100 ml cream
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 medium onion (s), finely chopped
- 2 stalks parsley, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon mustard, (Dijon mustard)
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon honey
