Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
- 4 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon salad herbs, mixed (parsley, chives, dill, chervil)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper

- Finely chop the salad herbs and place in an empty jam jar. Add all other ingredients and seal the jar. Shake vigorously and spread over the salad of your choice.
- Tip: If you make two or three times the amount, you can store the sauce in the refrigerator and keep it for a few days.
