  • 200 g roast pork, cold
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 5 drops Tabasco
  • Herbs

Instructions

  1. Mix the peas with the diced paprika, the corn and the finely chopped roast pork. Cut the onion into thin slices and place on top.
  2. Make a sauce from the dressing ingredients and pour over all the ingredients.
  3. Instead of the sugar, I take a little honey and it can also be a few more Tabasco drops.
