Salmon and Couscous Meatballs

Do you like couscous? I love it very much. I discovered this product for myself more than 10 years ago and I am very glad that recently it can be bought in a nearby store without a long search. Couscous is often prepared with vegetables, meat, or as a side dish on its own. I want to show you an easy-to-follow recipe for steamed salmon and couscous meatballs. And as a sauce, I suggest a spicy version of yogurt and mustard.

Ingredients
- Salmon fillet – 200 g
- Couscous – 100 g
- Thyme – a couple of twigs
- Natural yogurt – 3-4 tbsp
- Dijon mustard – 1 tbsp
- Grain mustard – 1 tbsp
Directions
- Ingredients for making fish meatballs with couscous.
- How to cook fish meatballs:
Grind the fish fillet and thyme into minced meat. Add couscous and stir.
- We form meatballs from minced meat and cook for a couple of 10 minutes.
- While the meatballs are being prepared, we make the sauce – mix two types of mustard and yogurt.
- Serve fish meatballs with salad or vegetable garnish.
