  • 100 g salmon, smoked
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Gently roll out the puff pastry and divide into 12 squares. Brush each part with crème fraiche. Cut the smoked salmon into strips and distribute between the pockets. Brush the edge of the pockets with a little water and fold them up. Now brush the pockets with water from above and press them gently into the sesame.
  3. Bake in the hot oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
