Ingredients
- 4 packs puff pastry from the cooling shelf (roll)
- 1 jar Nutella
- 1 bag hazelnuts, chopped and roasted
- 2 egg (s)
- 6 tablespoon water

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Roll out the puff pastry and cut out 10 cm circles with a glass. Put a teaspoon of Nutella on each circle and sprinkle with a little roasted nuts.
- Fold the circles together into pockets and press down the edges that have been moistened with water. (A so-called dumpling shaper is very suitable for this.) Brush the dumplings with whisked egg and bake on the middle rack until golden brown.
- This recipe arose from an emergency situation during a visit. You usually have the ingredients (at least I do) at home. I made 48 dumplings from 4 rolls of puff pastry.
