  • 200 g salmon (smoked salmon)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 250 g crème fraîche
  • 500 g sour cream
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s) or lime, add the juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the salmon. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Chop the dill.
  2. Mix everything with creme fraiche and sour cream. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
