Salmon Steak with Sesame Seeds

Who doesn’t love salmon? I would trade any meat for her. And salmon fried in sesame is delicious.

Cook: 20 minutes

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Salmon – 700-800 g
  • Sesame seeds – 3 tablespoons
  • Vegetable oil – 70 ml
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • A mixture of peppers
  • Spices for fish – 1-2 tablespoons

How to cook salmon steak in a sesame pan:

Directions

  1. Wash the salmon, peel it if necessary. Cut it into steaks. Drizzle each salmon steak with lemon juice. Season the fish to taste and brush with the spice and pepper mixture.
  2. Breaded salmon in sesame and fry in hot vegetable oil over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes each, reduce heat to low and fry salmon steaks in a pan for another 5-7 minutes, covered with a lid.

Ready-made salmon steaks with sesame seeds. Enjoy your meal!
