Ingredients

  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 pack pudding powder (chocolate)
  • 1 bar chocolate (nougat chocolate)
  • 1 glass morello cherries, drained
  • 8 Spekulatius (spiced speculoos) or shortbread biscuits or Amaretini
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 1 handful chocolate sprinkles
  • sweetener, liquid

Instructions

  1. Drain the cherries. Roughly crumble the biscuits. Cook the chocolate pudding with the milk according to the instructions on the packet, but replace the sugar with sweetener and melt the nougat chocolate in it. Set aside to cool and stir occasionally to prevent skin from forming.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the quark with sweetener to taste. Fold the whipped cream into the quark and divide the mixture.
  3. Stir the chocolate sprinkles into one half and fold the other half into the cooled pudding. Now layer everything in glasses or bowls. First cookie crumbs, then cherries, then dark quark, then light quark and decorate with the cherries. Chill until ready to eat.
