- 2 cans sauerkraut, mild (40 g)
- 4 port. Mashed potatoes
- 4 slices meat loaf
- 1 packet cheese, grated
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper

- Season the sauerkraut with pepper and salt and spread it in a baking dish. Cut the Leberkäse into cubes and spread over the sauerkraut. Season the mashed potatoes with pepper, salt and nutmeg and spread over the meat loaf.
- Spread the cheese on top. Bake everything at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) for about 45 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
- Tip: It also tastes great with Cabanossi instead of Leberkäse.
