Saute of Tomatoes and Mozzarella Cheese

A quick and tasty sauté that can be made in minutes.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Shallots (peeled and finely chopped) – 1/4 cup
  • Fresh thyme (finely chopped) – 1 teaspoon.
  • Olive oil – 2 teaspoon
  • Garlic (peeled and finely chopped) – 1 clove
  • Cherry tomatoes (cut in half) – 1 1/2 cups
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon.
  • Ground black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon.
  • Mozzarella cheese (cut into 1.5 cm cubes) – 120 g

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Put the shallots and thyme in a preheated pan, fry, stirring occasionally, until soft. Then add the garlic and fry for about 1 minute.
  2. Put tomatoes in a pan, season with salt and pepper, stir, fry for about 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the stove, add the cheese and mix well.

Serve to sauté immediately.
