Ingredients
- 30 g tomato (s), dried
- 30 g olives, reen, pitted
- 1 small onion (s), red
- 200 g cottae cheese
- salt
- pepper
- Tabasco or chili powder

- Wash tomatoes and peel the onion. Chop into very fine cubes together with the olives. Then stir in the cottage cheese (if it is too firm, add a dash of milk). Then season the cream with salt, pepper and Tabasco to taste.
- Goes well with fresh farmer`s bread, but also crispbread.
