  • 100 g sheep cheese
  • 100 g meat sausae
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Line a muffin tin with the silicone molds provided for this purpose. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 12 equal pieces. Place one piece each in a silicone mold so that you can fill it and close it again at the top.
  2. Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Cut the onion into small, fine pieces and mix with the cheese and eggs (eggs, cheese and onions make up the main filling, from here you can also vary). Cut the sheep cheese and meat sausage into small cubes and mix with the main filling. Put about 1 tablespoon of the mixture on the puff pastry and then seal it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for about 25 minutes.
