Instructions

  1. Spread out the puff pastry sheets. They thaw quickly. Then cut the plates in half. Brush the muffin molds with oil and carefully press the puff pastry pieces into the mold. Then put 2 pieces of feta in each shape. Now preheat the oven.
  2. Dice the onion and mix with the minced meat, season with salt and pepper. Fry the mixture with oil in a pan until crumbly. Now dice or chop the garlic, as well as half of the rest of the feta cheese. Add both with the cream to the mince and mix. If the mixture is too soft, thicken a little with flour. Add parsley and season to taste.
  3. Now pour the mixture into the muffins, fold the protruding dough over the mince and press down lightly.
  4. Bake at approx. 180 ° C for approx. 30 minutes, until the dough is golden brown.
  5. Meanwhile, bring the tomatoes, the remaining feta cheese and Cremefine to the boil and season with garlic, salt and pepper. Stir in parsley and serve with the muffins.
  6. Sufficient as a main meal for 4 people.
