Ingredients
- 150 g ribbon noodles, dry
- 600 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 onion (s)
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 2 teaspoons basil
- 2 teaspoons thyme
- 150 g cream cheese, (liht)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

- Something easy for in between.
- Cook the pasta in salted water.
- Peel the onion and dice it very finely. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the onions and fry them. Add cocktail tomatoes and bring to the boil with the vegetable stock for about 5 minutes. Stir in the cream cheese and herbs. Season the whole thing again properly.
- Finally, mix in the ribbon noodles.
