  • 250 g tomato (s)
  • 80 g rocket
  • 100 g sheep cheese
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. For this great potato pan, it would be advantageous to cook the potatoes the day before.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Cut the onions into thin strips and finely chop the garlic. Wash the rocket. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
  3. Heat the oil in a coated pan and fry the potatoes properly on both sides and season with the spices. Then you add the onion and garlic. Fry properly. Finally, add the tomatoes and rocket and mix everything carefully.
  4. Dice the sheep`s cheese and fold in just before serving.
  5. This potato pan is super tasty and is also very popular with guests when grilling.
