Ingredients

  • 20 scallop (s)
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 100 g samphire / salicorn
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • some black pepper
  • some chilli pepper (s), dried

Instructions

  1. Mix the oil, lime juice, vinegar and spices into a marinade.
  2. Clean the samphire, add to the marinade and let it steep a little.
  3. Dry the scallops on paper towels. Fry vigorously on both sides in the oil.
  4. Place the scallops on a loop spoon or small plate, put some salad on top and grind some dried chilli over them.
