Ingredients

  • 300 g beef fillet (s)
  • 42 scampi
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 tablespoon sauce (BBQ)
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped spice mixture (olive)

Instructions

  1. Wash the beef fillet, pat dry and cut into approx. 3 cm cubes. Press the garlic into the olive oil and add the spice mixture. Put the meat cubes in the oil marinade and cook in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
  2. Soak the scampi in the BBQ sauce in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
  3. Place 7 scampi and 5 marinated beef cubes alternately on 6 wooden skewers.
  4. Grill on the grill for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
