Ingredients
- 1 hot pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 100 g iceber lettuce or lettuce
- 100 g rapes
- 0.5 ½ avocado (s)
- 6 scampi
- 1 box cress

- Cut the peppers open, remove the seeds, peel off the garlic clove and dice both finely. Mix with oil and lime juice. Wash the lettuce and grapes, drain well.
