Ingredients

  • 250 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 2 chilli pepper (s), red
  • 500 ml white wine, dry
  • 200 ml vermouth (Martini bianco)
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • oregano
  • 800 g scampi, without shell

Instructions

  1. Put the white wine, martini and olive oil in a pan with the chopped vegetables and garlic. Simmer for at least 1 hour until the brew is a little creamy. Finally, let the scampi steep in the stock for about 5 minutes.
  2. With baguette or pasta.
