- 250 g minced beef
- 1 leek stick (cleaned, cut into rings)
- 1 beefsteak tomato (skinned, diced)
- 1 onion (s), (chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (s), (crushed)
- 1 tablespoon lovage, (chopped)
- 125 ml wine, white (dry)
- 1 teaspoon mustard, (sweet)
- 200 g spinach leaves, (frozen product)
- 400 g nocchi filled with basil pesto
- 100 g parmesan, (rated)

- First the leaf spinach is prepared:
- Sauté the onion, garlic and defrosted spinach in a saucepan. Pour off the resulting liquid.
- Heat the oil in a pan, do not fry the minced meat too dark.
- Add the leek, beefsteak tomato and lovage, sauté for about 5 minutes. Add the spinach leaves.
- Pour in the white wine, stir in mustard, season with salt and pepper. Simmer with the lid closed and low heat for about 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, cook the gnocchis according to the instructions on the packet.
- The finished gnocchis are mixed with the minced vegetable mixture in a spacious, flat casserole dish.
- Finally sprinkle the grated parmesan on top.
- The whole thing is now placed in the oven preheated to 175 ° for about 10 minutes.
- The specified amount is sufficient as a main course for 3 people.
- You can pamper 6-8 people with it as a warm starter.
