Wash the tomatoes and roughly cut (quarter). Peel the onion and cut like the tomatoes, core the apples and stone the plums and place everything in a roasting pan. Add the spices, stir everything once and cook without a lid in the oven for an hour and a half. Then turn everything through the brisk Lotte and collect in a saucepan. Bring to the boil again briefly or if it is still too runny, let it boil down a little. If you like, you can also add chopped garlic and a chopped chilli pepper.
