Ingredients

  • 1 packet potato noodles
  • 10 cocktail tomatoes, amount as required
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 cup cream
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Wash the red peppers well and cut into cubes.
  2. Brown the noodles in a pan and before they are completely brown add the tomatoes and peppers. When the tomatoes are soft and the noodles are well browned, add the cream to the cup and season with paprika, salt and pepper. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the cream is thick.
  3. Serve hot.
