Ingredients

  • 250 g potato noodles
  • 200 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon pine nuts
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ basil, dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ coriander, dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ parsley, dried
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan. Cook the snuff noodles in it according to the instructions. Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut in half and also fry in the oil. Add the pine nuts and fry them. Add the dried herbs and season with salt and pepper. Then serve.
